Frankford Elgin was on his way to the GIO Building when he was pulled over by Corprate Territory Law Enforcement Sentinels. The drones acted strangely and ordered him out of his Skipper. Promptly, they broke Elgin's arm, ransacked his vehicle, and stole his laptop, leaving Elgin lying down in agony on the side of the Hyperway.
