Cl. Murran Vicary

History

Cl. Murran's vicary is a vicary in West Larfleur on the north bank of the River Lar. 
The vicary is home to a Merchant League @Enclave, whose walled factory contains their living barracks, warehouses, and guild houses. The factory dominates the west bank of the district. 
East Cl. Murran's vicary is centred around Triseklion Circus, where Harbour House, the Board of Trade Offices, and the Port Consulate are located. These three buildings have a commanding view over the River Lar and its passing trade, but it keeps the civil servants who work within distant from the business of the port.
