Cl. Nickemis Vicary

History

Cl. Nickemis vicary is a vicary in West Larfleur. It is the highest point of the city and the centre of the Larian military. 
Cl. Nickemis Laucon, the namesake of the vicary, has a tall spire that is used as the main defensive watchtower of the city. 
The vicary includes the Barracks, the Militia Parade Ground, and the Board of the Frontier Office.
