History

Cl. Pannitus vicary is a vicary in West Larfleur. 
Cl. Pannitus is almost entirely dedicated to the buildings, grounds, and support services of the University of Larfleur. The University is centred around University Hall and other major university buildings include the Old Lecture Hall and the Arboretum and Botanica. The university grounds are open and major roads in the vicary run through it, allowing outsiders access to the university's playing fields, libraries, and museums.
Other businesses, not directly owned by the university but that depend on its students and professors, include laucons, print shops, schools, and student haunts (pubs, coffee houses, tea shops, taverns, and brothels).
