Vestirhia

Geography

Vestirhia is a region in South Quentar. It is a densely populated land with rich fertile farmlands. Its forests are also rich hunting grounds- in the summer furs are hunted down by the river streams and in the winter they are found in the mountain hills. Human villages are found in forest clearings or on river banks. The forests were historically coppice woodlands, used by the humans for foraging and a constant wood supply. This has led to broad monoculture in some areas, but also a rich timber industry. The southern area is much drier and is used for pastoral farming. There are a few towns in the region, but mostly wooden palisades. The lack of natural resources has made the region quite poor, and it was an early conquest of the Empire of Ghassum, who used the region as a breadbasket.
Vestirhia is bordered by Sleximelan to the south-west, Krocyre to the west, Ackumen to the north-west, Rebacion and Ederosan to the north-east, Tupheala to the south-east, and Ealapia to the north.
