Grabalba is the Viscountess of the Goblin Court. She was previously in an advantageous political engagement with Prince Apollo of the Court of Wonder, but this was broken off for unknown reasons. Rumor is that someone meddled and broke the engagement due to the false love that was conveyed.
There is a rumor going around the Bloom that she is looking to match with any archfey possible, but currently, she is courting Fable of the Court of Trickery.
Viscountess Grabalba is very flirtatious and interested in procuring another advantageous political marriage. She is known to talk for long periods of time without letting the other person speak. The Goblin Court knows she is a problem, but they are working on it with the help of their ambassador.
