Brought to power with the aid of The Kinnell Family, the Bloodpetals have never hesitated to be aggressive and brutal with their tactics, happy to toe the line of what might trigger substantial retaliation by the government. This aggression has only increased in the years since the arrest of the Kinnell patriarch and his accomplices.
