Tiann Taaneth

Tiann Taaneth is what functions as a capitol for the Elven peoples.  Its exact location is unknown, and possibly unkknowable.  The city can only be entered by passing through one of the mystical Ivy Gates scattered throughout the Elfwood.  The knowledge of how to operate the Ivy Gates is a tightly held secret.
