Coleman

Coleman is the seedy owner of Coleman's Tavern, a slimy establishment in the slums of Granting. He was in charge of the sex slave trade which snatched Vanessa from the back hallway when she and Ragnar Volaris checked into the tavern for the night, though he feigned ignorance when Ragnar confronted him, and Vanessa quickly freed herself.

It was Coleman who provided the party's in with Flynn Ryder, directing them to the Blackguard's base of operations and allowing them to use his name as a reference.

It was ultimately discovered by the Blackguard that Coleman had betrayed their trust by working for the government behind their backs. Ryder ordered the Vigilantes to rough him up on behalf of the Blackguard, at which point the x gon give it to ya tavern infiltration was conducted. Coleman was quickly captured, and publicly hanged before crowds of adoring civilians, as he was a piece of shit and it was easy to use his work with the government to turn the crowd against him.
