Karma
A nebulous reward system within the Soular Power campaign.
Player characters earn Karma through the completion of missions and story arcs. Karma may be cashed into the Dungeon Master to ask a boon or improved outcome of a situation for the character. Karma may be spent multiple times on similar projects, but the amount of Karma necessary to effect changes increases exponentially in this way. For example, Drant may spend his Karma on earning new Odic tattoos, but the more he does so for himself, the more expensive the Karma cost for that action gets. Spending Karma on entirely different situations does not incur such exponential inflation.
