INVOLVEMENT WITH SOULAR POWER

The Artifact was discovered within the secret basement of the Stonedeep Library, accessed by first locating and activating four other secret rooms within the building, constructed by the architect Timothy Ryder.

Soular Party raced Naomi Venstrum to the acquisition of the book once they realized she had also divined its location, and though she managed to get her hands on it before them, librarian Patricia "To You" entrusted the tome's safekeeping to Fenfritz Swiftcog once Fritz stressed the importance of keeping the tome safe and out of the wrong hands.
