Ralodithius

In the party’s words: “ultimately underwhelming and decidedly sociopathic.” Ralodithius is an ancient (2000+ years) elf king who tried to take over the entire island to ensure peace, waged war on the ancient Dwemer and disappeared. The party found him imprisoned in a cryo-chamber in Gramiere's power plant, released him, interrogated him, and imprisoned him in the plant’s generator to provide power for allegedly “300 years to infinity”, not even Jarvis is certain.¹

He was in possession of an incredibly powerful set of magical equipment, which the party has since confiscated and studied. He was left behind and still imprisoned in the facility when the party fled after the Vocantem.
