Villania is settled by a multiracial group of 3,000 elves, dwarves, men, orcs, smallfolk, and draconian peoples fleeing an event collectively known as 'The Exodus'.

Scholars argue about the meaning of the term 'The Exodus', though remaining documents and lore suggest it was a disastrous flood of seemingly continental impact. This first settlement eventually becomes the bustling coastal capital of Havenport.
