Minoff & The Dawn Bringers go way back, mutually helping each other. Minoff soon became The Dawn Bringers Armorer! The Dawn Bringers gave Minoff Dwarven Plate after coming back from a mission. So excited and pleased with The Dawn Bringers's successes, he gave Them 50% off his inventory!
Later JMD introduced him to The Viaeguardians, they did a few missions for him & with them being disciples of The Dawn Bringers he gave them the same discount!
