Lightning Skelemental

Lightning Skelementals were the results of rituals binding elemental spirits to corpses. The Anchorites of Talos sometimes used them, both as shock troopers and to guard holy sites.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Skelementals mostly resemble the skeleton of the creature they were in life, usually a humanoid. The bones appear charred and are constantly crackling with energy.

Behaviour

Their first instinct in combat is to grapple enemies, damaging them over time with lightning and slowing their reaction time. Once they have done this, or if the enemy proves resilient to this line of attack, a skelemental will attempt to hit their opponent with whatever weapon they are holding. If the weapon is made of metal it will be enhanced with lightning.
