Anchorites of Talos
The Anchorites of Talos are a cult dedicated to the storm god Talos. The cult, members of which are mostly comprised of half-orcs, is active in the Sword Coast North region, and may have a base established deep within Neverwinter Wood. It's members have recently become more aggressive and recently placed a curse on the Loggers' Camp.

Little is known about the Anchorite's hierarchy.
History
On the 30th of Uktar 1491, the Hat Gang encountered a pair of giant boars that appeared to be in some sort of induced rage. these boars each had a wooden totem, soaked in blood and carved with lightning symbols, around their necks.
The party fought several Anchorites when they returned to the Shrine of Savras to rescue Markus Smith. They proved formidable opponents, seriously wounding members of the party with spells such as Thunderwave and killing their ally, Corc.
At Tibor Wester's Logger's Camp, the party found twelve totems resembling the ones found on the boars the previous week and they came to believe that both sets of totems were created by the Anchorites.
Granted Divine Powers
The Anchorites are mostly clerics and have power over the domain of Tempest. In addition, they possess the druid-like ability to transform into a boar at will.
