5e Human

History

In the reckonings of most worlds, humans are the youngest of the common races, late to arrive at the world scene and short-lived in comparison to dwarves, elves, and dragons. Perhaps it is because of their shorter lives that they strive to achieve as much as they can in the years they are given.  

Race Features.

  Creature Type. Humanoid   Lifespan. Mature around 16, live to be 90 years   Size. (Medium) about 5-7 feet Tall   Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.   Languages. Common & 1 language of Choice.   Resourceful. You gain Inspiration whenever you finish a Long Rest.   Skillful. You gain Proficiency in one Skill of your choice.

Avarati You gain proficiency in the Performance or Investigation skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it. Whenever you have disadvantage on a attack roll you make with a simple melee weapon and fail the attack roll, the target takes bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier + your Dexterity modifier (minimum of 5 damage) if the attack misses but the higher of the two d20 rolls would have hit. Once a creature that you can see within 5ft of you is hit with an attack roll, you can use your reaction to swap places with the creature, and you are hit by the attack instead. Once you use this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
Kroany You gain proficiency in the Religion o History skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it. Whenever you have disadvantage on a attack roll you make with a simple melee weapon and use the sacrifice free action, you can take 1d6 psychic damage to and add your Constitution Modifier to your attack roll. You can cast the Shield spell with this trait. Once you cast this spell with this trait, you can't cast that spell again until you finish a Short Rest. Charisma is your Spellcasting Ability for this spell
Ufragar You gain proficiency in the Arcana or Perception skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it. Whenever you have disadvantage on a attack roll you make with a ranged weapon or a spell, you can use your bonus action to move an additonal 20 ft. Whenever you make a Wisdom (Perception) or a Intelligence (Arcana) check, you can roll d8 and add the number rolled to the total ability check.
