Flax The Greater, God of the Heart
Flax, the deity of the Heart, Friendship, Compassion, Love, and Death, Born to the divine union of Sanguis and Loarkam, Flax is intricately linked to the concepts of both life and death, symbolizing the delicate balance between creation and cessation. Renowned for his benevolence, Flax governs over the dominons of death and love among mortals.
His features boast a delicate palette of pale gray skin, flowing auburn hair cascading behind a resplendent golden mask. Towering and formidable, he exudes an aura of majesty, often bearing a contemplative frown upon his face. Clad in regal attire, steeped in the enchanting hues of black and gold, with accents reminiscent of emerald colored hues, a mysterious hood veils his face.
This celestial entity stands as a patron of the people of Vindicta revered by the denizens inhabiting the western realm. His devoted followers, easily discernible by the sacred cross-like symbols adorning their attire, engage in joyous celebrations during sacred holidays that pay homage to their divine benefactor. The existence of these artifacts remains shrouded in secrecy from the other gods, as Flax alone holds the knowledge that he created these objects. In a mere matter of seconds, these Artifacts possess the capability to transmute a mortal into a being equal or even superior to the newly ascended gods, atleast they used to in the pasts.
The Book of Eden:
A black leathery book with a gold-inscribed ball in the center. Anytime magic is cast using the book, the ball begins to spin and glows white. It is the simplest of Eden artifacts as all it does is enhance one's magical prowess. Enabling a Spellcaster to Unlock abilities unkown to them. The Mantel of Eden:
A golden mantle with white sigils embroidered all over its inside and a smooth black surface on the outside. The cloak gives the user the ability to fly and turn invisible at a moment's notice. If the wearer is adept at using psychic powers, the mantle can grant the wearer infinite wisdom and strength. It is believed this cloak was once used by the Knights of the Golden Cross to assassinate one of their political enemies, which afterward granted them the wrath of Flax, killing most of them, and Flax rebuilding them as his own Knights. The Blade of Eden:
A black blade covered in black blood that of Koandicen, with a golden handguard and pommel inscribed with the same white sigils as the other artifacts of Eden. The blade's properties are unknown to anyone but Flax himself, as he gave the blade to his most loyal general and only used it outside of battle. The general owns the blade to this day.The Eye of Eden:
A necklace with a golden eye as its centerpiece. The eye is said to give the wearer absolute resistance to any form of damage or condition, but it slowly turns the user insane over the time the necklace is worn. The Ring of Eden:
A gold and black ring that grants control over all users of the artifacts of Eden. It also grants the user the ability to draw out any willing creature's full potential, giving them the same powers as one of Flax's Archangels."Relationships
