Personal history

Ncuo-fii's pre-Elder life was dominated by encounters with gods, spirits and other non-mortal beings. When she finally became an Elder, she believed she was more important than the rest; some Elder had spent centuries trying to contact the gods to no avail, yet they had come to seek out Ncuo-fii themselves. Soon after her ceremony was completed, she felt the gods breathing down the back of her neck. Since then, she has been trying to find answers for herself, largely ignoring her people's needs.
