Royal Familiar

A royal familiar is the familiar of a member of royalty. It is usually a ceremonial title, but Rogue Familiars can become royal familiars even when elected through a democratic process.

Appointment

Appointment varies depending on whether or not the familiar is of royal blood. If so, they will be appointed as a King, Queen or other monarch would be. If not, they will be appointed as a President or other political ruler would be.

Cultural Significance

Familiars are seen as important beings in most of the Fractured Realm, so royal familiars have a significant cultural status.
