Harpoon Ballista

Harpoon Ballista are a variant of ballista originally created for the hunting and culling of Whales, whose meat is highly valued across the Skies. The technology was first invented in Skyhome, although the specific Sky Ships that first employed it is unknown.
Since its invention, other groups have adapted the technology. Most notably, pirates have long used the harpoon ballista for attacking and boarding ships.
The harpoon ballista has a +6 to hit and does 3d10 piercing damage on hit. It has the "Harpoon" feature, similar to the Harpoon Crossbows (see that item for more information). The harpoon ballista has 60 hit points.
