Tarasque

Since her awakening, Melusine has attempted to take over France many times. One of these required the transformation of certain people into human-reptilian hybrids like her. The most spectacular success is the mafia enforcer Florian Langlade, now known as Tarasque. Far more violent than intelligent, the seven-foot-tall, hulking, reptilian brute has clashed several times with French heroes and is one of the most wanted criminals in the country.
Tarasque has two identities, one as a large, strong (slightly superhuman) man, and the other as the super-powerful Tarasque. It takes him a round to turn into Tarasque, during which he increases in size, adds hundreds of pounds to his frame, and grows a spiky carapace and tail.
