The Codex Stella's last chapter, chapter nine, covers Lord Koalemos Vejovis of the Plague and his Plane of Pandemonium are the antithesis of all the other Planes. It is the Plane of more destruction and chaos beyond all knowledge or comprehension.

If he has goals then he has never shared them any of the other Deities or his followers, one can only imagine the dark thoughts of an even a darker mind. However he is believed to be the creator of all Plagues that have come to the Freelands, from diseases to swarms... they are all blamed or attributed to him. Furthermore most "Dark Fey" and their origins are attributed to him and his twisted practices.
