Hire assassins if you must but I don't want any loose ends so brew the poison yourself. You'll need a skilled woodsman or woodswoman to find the necessary ingredients, an alchemist who is able to dry the ingredients to make powders and reagents, and an assassin who is able to use those reagents to draft the poison. If the assassin is skilled enough they will be able to create "Potent Poison" that is even more deadly. Remember you'll have to act quickly after you coat your weapon you have one minute to strike or the poison will become useless.
