Akqum Katine (Ah-KOOM Kah-TEEN)
Akqum Katine is the somewhat self-labeled ne'er-do-well younger son of Fasah Katine, the Head Tribesman of the Jiermeb tribe of Kiva. He is well known in the tribe for shirking most responsbilities expected of him and for becoming a borderland trader; however, on occasion he was pressed into service for raids -- usually at the cajoling of his older siblings -- by acting as a scout. One notable occasion of this was when he acted as a scout prior to the Jiermeb's raid on Jarilas in 955AC.
