Hephase Clutch (Heh-FASS-ey)
The Hephase Clutch is an eisorcei semi-permanent collective currently south of Ghûn, Balaqalneyis. Due to its unique position as the clutch nearest to the capital and thus the one with which most trade with other races is conducted, it is not only the largest clutch but the most permanent, having not changed locations in over two hundred years.
The clutch is currently two hundred and fifteen strong. Their current himazé is Charosset; the colors of their len are red and white with heseta metal.
Foreign Relations
Although not saying much and there are no non-eisorcei residents, the Hephase are the most accustomed and open to interacting with the outside world, especially due to their proximity to the capital. As such they have unofficially taken it upon themselves to act as a liaison of sorts through which the vast majority of eisorcei-outsider takes place.
