Raobon is the eldest son of Luiran Asmir-Vitane and his first wife Nussaola; this makes him the brother of Degniari and the half-brother of Hynaeno, Intesea, and Enshuum. He has recently become engaged.
Despite his age and his adoption by Luiran's second wife Ichah on their marriage, it is tradition for the eldest full-blooded child to succeed as head of both the blood-family and by association, the political Family as well, meaning that Hynaeno is the heir instead.
