Steclus Scaas (STECK-luss SKAHS)

Steclus Scaas is a Chaplain of the Order of the Burning Crown under Minister Baalas Fifu at the Temple at Willowbreak Field in southeastern Ustraria.
Along with Minister Fifu and Isaia, he is the only resident of the Temple to have lived through the Plague of the Bitter Hand without contracting it, despite the Temple acting as the primary war hospital so close to the epicenter.
