Tuut Nev is one of the seven current Primes of the Korzhûn Stewardship, and one of the longest-serving. Their jurisdiction is education and this plus a love of (peacetime) travel has meant that they are often away from the capital, either in other countries to observe their education systems or locally to personally monitor conditions.
They are the older brother of Eba-Mulir Fimon Nev.
