Water-Seeking

Water-seeking is a term given to Sehndists' personal pilgrimages to the faith's holy site of the Eizunuth Well/Veil at the base of the Creqira. It is not enforced or expected, and may occur at a time of the devotee's choosing. During times of conflict that may incur travel restrictions, in the past exceptions have been made for those on a water-seeking pilgrimage (along with a general Icalaran understanding that this privilege should not be abused).

Execution

Often -- and especially with those farther away from the Creqira -- pilgrims choose to symbolically travel upriver by boat.
