The Dimorphic Conglomerate

The third of the great empires of this time, the Dimorphic Conglomerate rules over the The South Sea in its entirety from the islands scattered throughout.  Primarily a sea-faring empire, it focuses heavily on trade and exploration.  The two main races which comprise the vast majority of its citizens are giants and little-folk, who, when united together, have created marvels.
