Mudwater's Town hall

The Town Hall is the only Three-story Building in town making it one of the easiest to find. Once you get to the building you see it is painted a clean white and has red ceramic shingles.

When you enter you see at least fifteen people talking to each other all around the Mudwater Quest Board   on the East wall. one the West wall you see a door that you assume leads upstairs, To the North is a slightly raised platform with a huge desk on it, behind that desk sits fat and stubby human. He is dressed from head to toe in silk clothes and jewelry.
