Eels

The Gates are home to many different eels that come in all sorts of sizes, colors and so forth. They can be found in rivers, lakes and perhaps even some unexpected places.
Emerald-eyed Eel - A massive eel wrestled from the lake to the ground by Kaswink on Nurend 11, 308 from the Lake. It was about 8-9 feet long with needle-like emerald eyes and teeth. Kaswink utilized some of its teeth as decoration for the Portable Farm, and while dissecting the creature for future meals learned that all of its bones are made of emeralds. By some stroke of both luck and skill, Kaswink was even able to remove this meat without damaging the skeleton and kept it intact! Perhaps The Citizens of Greed will have some interest in such a thing.
