Resonating Slingshot

The Resonating Slingshot is a projectile launching device developed by Kaswink. The concept for this item (weapon?) was originally thought of after the Spiritual Travelers vanquished some Resonating Wolf Spiders in the Voldaren Forest.
It is made from the mobius strip of glass threads found inside the resonating wolf spiders which Kaswink discerned was likely responsible for their ability to phase in and out of existence. A great deal of this glass thread was woven into the leather portion of the pouch along with the bands which gained a desirable elasticity. The leather used in this slingshot came from the multi-Monkeys Kaswink dissected, and the wood came from The Twisting Stumps.

The concept of the slingshot was originally to be able to launch items at allies from across various distances where obstacles may prevent conventional delivery of said items. By causing the item to phase out of existence and reappear near the intended ally, this would make item usage far easier in combat or other dangerous situations. After testing the item during its prototype stage, Kaswink discovered that ammunition launched from it appears on or near the scrap pieces of the so called "Mobius Apparatus" spider organ. Because of this, she has since been working on ways to deliver valuable items that are found back to camp, perhaps into a lock box, by attaching some of the Mobius Apparatus to a monkey paw as a test subject.
Future projects will involve sewing more of the strange glass threads into the armor or bags of allies for the original concept of item conveyance.
