General Physical Condition
Incredibly tall for a Gnome, he is thin but broad in the shoulders. Unlike most other Gnomes, his hair is short and trim, and he has no facial hair.

Personal history
Spergulus Quazzleknack II is the son of the original Spergulus Quazzleknack, the Grand Enchanter of Andricum. Raised by his mother and involved in magical studies since birth, he quickly rose to prominence as a talented and dangerous wizard. His impressive magical skill paired with his astounding height (for a Gnome) gave him an imposing stature, one he was keen on using when needed. He set a record by being hired as an enchanter by the Magisterium shortly after his 19th birthday.
Upon the expansion of the Magisterium into Pike's Bay and the Eastern Territories, a vote was taken by the Grands in Andricum to see who would hold the Grand positions in the new continent. The position of Grand Enchanter was decided in a matter of minutes; Spergulus Quazzleknack II would follow after his father and become the Grand Enchanter of the Eastern Territories. His ego inflated by his new position, he wielded his power with absolute authority. Overseeing a great many projects, the enchanting research output of the east quickly matched that of the west. Often suspected of undertaking unethical and sometimes dangerous research, no one dared to confirm this due to the retaliation they were sure to face.
