The following is a Threat Assesment Report on Subject 0.3A/143, codename "Thunder Love Trio", conducted by Field Agent McKannzie from April 2020 to April 2021.

Origin

"The Thunder Love Trio, from here on shortened to TLT, originates in what the Association calls the "Oakbrook Incident". In early 2010, battle between Alters caused a mass concentration of energy which released in the form of several high potency lightning strikes across the greater New York City area."
"One of the locations hit was the Artenbauer Museum of Natural History, specifically a public experiment conducted by Chemist Dr. Thaddeus Stotch. The blast energized a vat of highly potent chemicals and an ensuing explosion, unfortunately catching a group of third graders that had gotten too close."
"On November 11th, the Association officially cited them as "undergoing mutation" and filed to enter them into Observation Custody. A motion that quickly failed due to unexpectedly hostile reactions from the girls' parents. With support from Aether Industries, they blocked the Association's motion. On December 1st, the three families officially signed with Aether and following full confirmation of alteration in March of 2011, the company introduced its newest product: the Thunder Love Trio."

Powers and Character

"The three are officially classified as Type 4 Alters as their powers are solely the result of biological mutation. All exhibit the same basic powers: super strength, super speed, enhanced reflexes and senses as well as the ability to fly and levitate. Individually, however, the three differ in several key ways."
"Rayne, civilian name Rebecca Kandal, is the leader of the group. Physically the weakest, she is the best flyer and possesses strong analytical abilities. Control over red lightning is her main power. Preferred fighting style consist of long-range blasts and beams."
"Andite, civilian name Marry Lawrence, is generally regarded as the brawler. Speed and agility lack behind the others, but in terms of strength she outclasses the other two combined. To amplify her physical prowess, she utilizes her green lightning in the form of gloves, knives and as armour."
"Barella, civilian name Barbara Gorden, occupies a middle ground between the other two. Her strongest ability is her control over blue lightning which she uses in a mostly supportive role. Extreme speed allows her to amplify the power of her punches, making her a dangerous opponent even up close."
"Greatest asset of the group is their teamwork and friendship, to the point it is assumed by Association psychiatrists that they would not function as heroes on their own. Especially Andite's explosive temper can make her a liability in certain cases. However, they do remain competent and by now experienced fighters, and will prove dangerous even on their own. Each alone would be capable of leveling a city in minutes, while together the three pose a major threat to any but the most powerful of military forces or superhuman entities. Taking into account past reports and documentations on their showings, this report can only confirm the standing Association Rating of a lower B-Threat Level."

"As of the writing of this report, the 17th of August 2021, TLT remains in the employ of Aether Industries. Field Reports indicate no change in the groups commitment to their current employer who offers them a luxurious and lifestyle and a powerful PR apparatus."
"TLT remains the header of Aether's hero line-up, netting the company an estimated 62.7 billion USD in revenue annually through merchandise, events and other financial operations. As such it is unlikely that the company will tolerate any attempt by Association agents to approach the three."

What does Thunder Love even mean? Its just a vague marketing term. Made for T-shirts and not to be thought deeper on.
