Daphne sends the party to "take care" of an enemy of hers, Chryseis, and retrieve an artifact from him, similar to the one found on Orethel's body.

The party are awoken by Daphne who has a new job for them. She informs the party that after spending all night studying the strange whirlpool artifact found on Orethel's body, she has discovered that an enemy of hers, Chryseis, a high ranking member of the Slaver's Guild owns, one of these artifacts. Daphne wants the party to retrieve his artifact and "take care" of him permanently. She also informs the party of this strange artifacts connection to a cult.
