Ichtaca's Beacon
This address was once a small business that utilized raw materials from the district to manufacture neon lights. Despite being boarded up for years, it later became a site for Scorpio Electrics to conduct their nefarious business. When The Agitators stumbled upon the location in search of a zombie, they found a flight of Couatl whom had made it their mission to rid the place of the foul Technomancy.
Gaining the trust of the Couatl, the Agitators decided to burn the place down and forged a small bond with the Kapaskan creatures. The empty lot has since become a shrine to these children of Akan. They have taken the form of fire-infused monks and begun to build a small following in the area.
After a sickness from the Seraph spread through the Couatl and The Agitators found a cure, the location was renamed to honor their late Ichtaca who died helping the heroes escape. The location now stands as a temple to Akan and a place to channel the powers of a Cosmic-Dragon.
