Sugo's Cybernetic Jacket

The item was created by Runi Sugo shortly after bringing her to The Orion to pursue a job with Hadescorp. Upset that she couldn't keep Tirve Sugo safe during her long shifts, she forged her a custom cybernetic jacket using stolen Hadescorp tech. When Runi Sugo realized she failed her sister and that the two had to return home to face their family, she gifted the jacket to Vox, Boots, and Carbide.
While in combat and wearing this jacket, two defensive mechanical spheres separate from the cybernetic synth-weave and provide additional cover from attacks. You may wear this jacket over any armor and it does not count as armor. While wearing this jacket you have +1 AC.
