The main archive/The place for valuables

"I confirm the count as exact, Colonel, Sir." Iguwolé "Clean" Brador, spoke solemnly.   "I confirm the count as exact, Colonel Sir." Frantz Raeder echoed, helping his principal.   "I confirm the count as exact, Colonel Sir." Tandy Rall, chief medical officer added.   "I confirm and sign the count as exact and correct, and sign it, binding and committing myself to keeping these secure." Marsha Narvik, chief NCO of the regiment added.   "I find these all in order, and commend you for your dedication to duty." Sophia accepted the signed medical, valuables and cipher book inventories.   "What's with her needing to sign up for this? Isn't it always officers doing that?"   "No, not this one, when Michael established these procedures, he realized, quite rightly, neither of us could be locked in here during operations..."   "What, Marsh locks herself in here?"   "That's why there's a bed, and a door to a locked up loo. So she's not kidnapped while doing it, or forced to pee on the papers..."   "Tandy!"   "Sorry, but..."   "Nevermind that, what is she defending the archives with?"   "Well Sir, the armoury is two doors down, I check out a little friend every day."   "How little we talking? Sidearm?"   "Well, little friends, I guess, plural. Assault Bolter with grenade launcher attachment, twelve-shot grenade belt, forty-magazine ammo belt."   "No way she can run with that!"   "I can walk with it, but every so often I use a rolling tray.
