The Fall of the City of Scholars

The City of Scholars was destroyed as a result of interference of the Free People and the removal of a valuable artifact.

The Grand City of Scholars had sat since the creation of this new world as a bastion for law and order. This great City was ruled by mages, the greater the magic circle, the higher in the City you lived. The City had a twin circle, that had been broken into parts to ensure compliance and the streets were patrolled by Golems of magical construct.   The Free People saw its destruction when taking a Leno Staff from beneath the city, and reuniting the spilt Circle of Forbidden Knowledge. Once the magic was allowed to correctly flow again, the magic moved to the site of new Afacia City
