Minotaur

In The Yellow Republic, minotaur form the majority of the navy. Once upon a time they were known as the scourge of the seas, in this time of peace they remain an intimidating presence. Before even then, a small group of minotaur settled in The Sunlands, settling deep in the desert lands.  

Minotaur (The Yellow Republic)

The minotaur of The Yellow Republic are the fierce sailors of The Yellow Republic, once known as the scourge of the high seas - before peace between Taranthia and The Yellow Republic was brokered.

age: Minotaur age and mature at roughly the same rate as humans.
alignment: Minotaur from The Yellow Republic tend towards a strict code on the seas.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Giant.

Horns
Your horns are natural melee weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.   Goring Rush
Immediately after you use the Dash action on your turn and move at least 20 feet, you can make one melee attack with your horns as a bonus action.   Imposing Presence
You have proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Intimidation or Persuasion.   Scourge of the High Seas
Your people are born to the ocean. You have advantage on checks made to navigate whilst sailing and always know the direction of North.
The minotaur of The Yellow Republic stand 6-8 feet tall, broad, and have fur covering their entire body. Their bovine heads are crowned by curved smooth horns, and their fur colour varies from white to brown to black, with rare cases of red and gold fur.

Minotaur (The Sunlands)

The minotaur of The Sunlands are an offshoot of those found on The Yellow Republic. Long ago they settled in The Sunlands and made their homes there. Often found in The Fabled Souq, their ability to always find their way around make them excellent guides for travellers.

age: Minotaur age and mature at roughly the same rate as humans.
alignment: Minotaur from The Fabled Souq are more chaotic than others of their kind.

Minotaur from The Sunlands stand 6-8 feet tall, and more often than not have white fur and black horns - reminiscent of their ancestors who first settled in The Sunlands.
