The Animal Lords of the Beastfolk
A myth that permeates through cultures, passed on by beast-tongue from parent to child, bosun to deckswab, in whispers around campfires and in front of roaring hearths.
Why are there so many beast-folk on The High Seas? Because the Animal Lords made it so. Why do Ysoki, Caprini, Tabaxi and Kenku all share the same tongue? Because the Animal Lords made it so. The Animal Lords are said to have raised up each of these cultures, and watch over them still.
The Animal Lords hold no particular domains as the major deities do, but represent the ideals of the various cultures that worship them.
