Eugene, Junior Constable of Rystanburg

A cheerful and handsome constable located in the Kaldari city of Rystanburg, Eugene was among the ten men who joined Constable Vladik and Sorcha on their investigation of bandit activity by the village of tribute.


While his fellow juniors trust and respect him, his cheerufl and optomistic nature is a stark constrast to his commanding officer.
Eugene warmed up to Wilhelm early on the investigation.
