This character's vision is worse than most others, either due to a deterioration of their natural eye-sight or because they belong to a species that typically relies on other senses to navigate the world. This character adds b to Marksmanship, Gunnery, and Perception or Vigilance checks where sight is a major factor. You cannot take this Bane if you've also taken Good Vision.
