Otto "The Builder"

Otto "The Builder" was Imperial Emperor from 472 BIS to 421 BIS. A trained architect, Otto spent his reign building up infrastructure around The Empire. From sewers and waterworks on the Empires frontier to commisioning the dwarves of Baruk-Khazad to build the Imperial highway network. The Empire prospered under his rule and he was well loved. A statue of him stands in Imperial Square in Hanzig.
