Oslo's Deli

Oslo is a lizardman that operates a deli in the upward side of the Clerk's Ward.  The shop is a simple grill style deli with simple booths for seating.  The grill is used to fry up meats.  Some of the meats are marinated in papaya (which he pronounces as pop-a-YA).  He enjoys making tacos (which he calls TAKE-o's).  He just really enjoys making meat for people to eat!  There is no bread in the shop however.  Even the tacos are ground meat inside a meat shell.
