Sola

Sola is a Free Warden. She once served in the defense of her hometown of Lostbrook, in the Flooded Lands. She marshaled into the service of a larger force that marched to defend settlements in the Hinterlands from a massed force of Broken. She served as a footsoldier with the Swamp Wolves, called that as they were drawn from the Wardens of the Flooded Lands. On campaign, Sola acquired a taste for the danger and travel that accompanied life outside her small, fairly peaceful home. She also fell in love with a her commander Fanir, but their relationship was soured and severed in the waning days of the campaign. Her long-term vow is to regain his love. When the army demobilized, she began working as a caravan guard, but found the work unfulfilling compared to what she defended under the banners of the army. She struck out on her own as a mercenary hiring onto causes that mattered to her (Honorbound). She fights with a pair of short swords gifted to her by her sergeant from her army days (Duelist) and still wears the armor she was issued when that campaign began (Ironclad). She still wears the spirit charm her parents gave her as a child.
