A man with a commanding voice, he once was captain aboard many of The United Moonshae's vessels. Now he commands the Dock quarter, an increasingly difficult task that he is wholly overwhelmed by.
The reunification of Snowdown has brought any of challenges now that the High King is adamant all trade from Snowdown must go through Callidyrr. Not only are there many times the amount of ships now, there's businesses attempting to move shop from Caer Westphal to Callidyrr that need to be processed and cleared of unapproved sorceries. And on that topic...you know how hard it is now to screen every effing passenger for magic? These Perceptors are all in my craw i tells ya.
