Fire is the district of the city most devoted to artistry and entertainment. Here, one creativity and skill is valued over all, or so they say. Gladiatorial combat is common, and primarily done by slaves, although a certain amount of people are foolish enough to join up voluntarily to try and make it in this world.

Huǒ has a rather large amount of trade. While there are certainly more than enough artists attempting to ply themselves, there are also the many industries needed to keep them afloat, publishers and dispensaries and venues to show off their work, lots of restaurants and inns to host the artists and their fans, as well as a small bit of industry (nearest to Mù) in the production of the tools and materials necessary to perform and create the art.

Tourism
This is the prime tourist trap of the entire city, what with the large amount of coliseums and artists and so on. Music is played practically every night, and you can hardly walk five feet without someone asking to paint you as their inspiration.
Architecture
Lots of masonry. The use of rock-cut architecture (living in the mountain, rather than building on top of it), is very common in older buildings, but it's made something of a comeback in this district, where the appeal of rock-cut houses has become somewhat trendy.
